Requirements:

• Board Certified (Acute Care Certification) - REQUIRED
• OH License
  - Preferred; willing to accept providers needing to obtain license
• BLS/ACLS Certified - REQUIRED
• AVAILABILITY MUST BE NOTED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
  - Preference to providers that can cover ALL dates
• Flu vaccine - REQUIRED at time of credentialing
• COVID Vaccine
  - Preferred
• DEA
  - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear

Practice Setting:
The APC will provide critical care coverage and rounding on ICU patients

Central lines and arterial lines are a must. Dialysis catheters and Intubations are Strongly encouraged
