Position: Home Instructors
Qualification:

* Must hold a current valid Ohio Teaching Certificate or License

* Background knowledge of how to implement an IEP

* Successful BCII and FBI background check

Duties:

* Provide one on one or small group education services to students

* Maintain effective communication with families and the home school

* Prepare work for students

* Assist students with academic work

* Make accommodations and modifications for students work

* Work with the Special Education Supervisor/Principal/teachers at the building to carry out services addressed in the IEP

* Meet students in their home, library, mutually decided location, or virtually

* Pick up and deliver students' work to their appropriate buildings

* Maintain the child's safety at the predetermined location for instructio.

* Never leave a child unsupervised, make arrangements with parents only, not students

* Abide by all State and Federal Guidelines for all students

* Abide by the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Warren City School District Board of Education

* Performs any other relevant duties as may be assigned by the Executive Director of Special Education, Building Principal or his/her designee

Salary: $31.87 per an hour
