Qualifications:
* Master's Degree required. Must hold Ohio Principal's Certificate/License in appropriate grade band(s) of the administrative position.
* Experience demonstrated in school leadership activities.
* A minimum of three years' experience as an administrator.
* Knowledge, understanding and successful experience working with and in the implementation of the Ohio Improvement Process.
* Knowledge of current trends and developments in education.
* Possess exemplary leadership qualities and strong work ethic.
* Demonstrates an exceptional attendance record.
* OTES 2.0 credentialed, OPES preferred.
* Successful BCII and FBI background check.

Duties:
* Assists in the establishment and achievement of both academic and non-academic objectives for the school.
* Provides leadership in planning, implementing and evaluating instructional programs.
* Represent the building administrative team on school and district committees as assigned.
* Manage specific academic departments as assigned.
* Assist staff in working with individual needs.
* Evaluate personnel and assist in the determination of goals to improve performance.
* Assist in the direction, supervision, and evaluation of building instructional program.
* Actively participate in and facilitate instructional rounds, providing feedback, as appropriate.
* Assist in the maintenance and improvement of the quality of the instructional program by being responsible for teacher implementation of the curriculum.
* Assists in providing the leadership necessary to ensure that each teacher is following the Ohio's Learning Standards.
* Assists in the planning and implementation of programs for the health, safety and welfare of all students in the building.
* Supervises extra and co-curricular activities in the school.
* Enforces and establishes disciplinary procedures which allows due process to the rights of students; familiarizes students, staff, and parents with the disciplinary procedures; hears and acts on behavior problems referred to the principals' office.
* Assists in the communication between the school and the community, serves as liaison therein.
* Assists in the development and presentation of parent information, conferences and family engagement programs.
* Facilitate and actively participate in professional growth activities.
* Supervise student lunches and after school academic school programs.
* Abide by the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Warren City School District Board of Education.
* Perform all other tasks and assume such other responsibilities as may, from time to time, be assigned by the building Principal, Superintendent or his/her designee.
Salary:
Salary Table C, Less than 52 weeks, 224 days annually
* Employment upon verification of proper certificate, BCI/FBI background checks and all other pre-employment requirements are met.
