Preschool Intervention Specialist Teachers 2026 - 2027 school year.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher. Valid State of Ohio Primary (PreK-5) license and Primary Intervention Specialist (PreK-5) license. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a team setting. Outstanding work record and references. Successful BCII & FBI background checks.

The salary schedule begins at $41,600 for a teacher with a bachelor's degree and no experience. TCESC teachers work a 184-day contract. TCESC pays a percentage of a teacher's healthcare premium each month. Teachers accrue paid sick leave and have three personal days per year. TCESC pays for a $50,000 life insurance policy. Funds are available for partial tuition reimbursement.
TCESC provides a mentor and a structured program for resident educators.
