Washington Square Offers L.P.N. (Licensed Practical Nurses) and R.N. (Registered Nurses)

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Valid Ohio Nursing License or Multi-State License that includes Ohio.
• Reliable Transportation
• Previous long term care experience preferred.
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Must meet health assessment requirements, including two stage Mantoux skin test.
• Possesses excellent technical assessment and documentation skills.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
