We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (PRN) to join our dynamic team at Warren Nursing & Rehab. Located in Warren, Ohio, we offer a safe and secure environment that promotes individualized rehabilitation and tailored care for our residents. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist (PRN), you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, focusing on their strengths, abilities, and goals. You will work in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches, including occupational therapy, to enhance our residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being. Your expertise in occupational therapy will enable our residents to regain independence, build confidence, and achieve their maximum potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans for our residents
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and treatments, using a variety of techniques, including occupational therapy, to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to develop and update treatment plans
  • Identify and address patient needs, providing education and support to residents and their families
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, treatment plans, and treatment outcomes
  • Participate in staff development and training programs to stay current with best practices and industry developments
