As a Speech Language Pathologist (Per Diem) with Warren Nursing & Rehab, you will play a vital role in helping our patients regain their speech and language skills. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, providing therapy sessions to patients with a range of conditions, including cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders. Our per diem SLPs enjoy a flexible schedule, allowing them to choose the days and shifts that suit their needs.

• Conduct speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working collaboratively with the rehabilitation team
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Experience working with geriatric patients, preferred
