Mercy Health is seeking a Health Care Associate to provide direct patient care under supervision. You will assist with basic comfort measures, vital signs, hygiene, mobility, and documentation, acting as a liaison between patients and nurses.
Requirements include one of the listed nursing aide certifications or completion of a nursing program with clinicals; EPIC EHR familiarity is preferred. This is a collective bargaining unit, union-position supporting patient-centered care.
