We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Activity Assistant to join our team at Warren Nursing & Rehab in Warren, Ohio. • Plan and implement a variety of activities designed to meet the unique needs and interests of our residents, including social events, games, arts and crafts, and exercise programs

• Lead and facilitate activities, ensuring participation and engagement from all residents

• Collaborate with other team members, including therapists and recreational staff, to ensure a comprehensive approach to activity planning

• Conduct assessments to identify resident preferences and develop activity plans to meet their individual needs

• Maintain accurate records of activities, including attendance and participation

• Enhance the overall quality of life for our residents by promoting socialization, cognitive stimulation, and restorative care

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in activity planning and implementation, preferably in a long-term care setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
