First Light Home Care is growing and hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to serve clients in Warren and communities west and northwest of Warren
, with an immediate need for caregivers in and around Burton, Middlefield, Huntsburg, and Newbury
.

We have a variety of client schedules available, including daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts

As a Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA), you'll provide one-on-one care and support to seniors and adults in their homes.

We're currently expanding our caregiver team throughout the Warren area and communities west and northwest of Warren
, particularly Burton, Middlefield, Huntsburg, Newbury, and surrounding communities
.

Assignments are matched based on your location, availability, experience, and client needs whenever possible.

As a Caregiver, you may:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Assist with mobility, walking, and transfers
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with errands and appointments when appropriate
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition
• Follow individualized care plans
• Promote client safety, dignity, comfort, and independence
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families

We're looking for caregivers who are:

• Patient, respectful, and professional
• Strong communicators
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home
• Willing to provide hands-on assistance when required by the care plan

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and activities of daily living
• Dependable attendance and reliable communication

Previous caregiving experience is preferred.

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
• Direct Support Professional (DSP)
• Resident Assistant
• Companion Caregiver
• Senior Caregiver
• Hospice Caregiver
• Home Care Aide

• Previous professional caregiving experience
• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• HHA Certification
• CNA/STNA License
• Dementia or Alzheimer's care experience
• Experience assisting clients with transfers and mobility
