The HR Generalist serves as a trusted business partner to manufacturing leaders, providing support across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, learning and development, and workforce planning. This role helps build a high‑performing, engaged workforce by coaching leaders, developing team capability, supporting organizational change, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and mutual respect.
In This Role, You Will HR Business Partnering- Coach leaders on onboarding, performance management, employee relations, development planning, and career growth.
- Support implementation of people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with leaders to develop action plans from engagement and culture survey results.
- Support recruitment activities, hiring events, onboarding programs, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps, succession opportunities, and development needs.
- Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Facilitate team effectiveness, leader assimilation, and change management efforts.
- Drive continuous improvement through coaching, collaboration, and problem solving.
- Support site communications, recognition programs, engagement activities, and community initiatives.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, accountability, teamwork, and employee ownership.
- Partner with leaders and Centers of Excellence on compensation, retention, and workforce solutions.
- Support implementation of HR programs and corporate initiatives at the site.
