Industrial Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
$43.39 to $56.58 per hour
About the RoleAs an Industrial Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a skilled technical team to ensure the peak performance and reliability of our production infrastructure. By overseeing complex electrical systems and driving proactive maintenance strategies, you will directly impact plant uptime and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Direct daily maintenance operations, providing technical guidance to ensure high-quality repairs and system integrity.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical failures, including PLC, VFD, and servo motor systems, to maintain production flow.
- Manage resource allocation, including parts procurement and contractor coordination, to streamline maintenance workflows.
- Champion a culture of safety and regulatory compliance while mentoring staff to improve technical proficiency.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify and implement process improvements that enhance overall facility efficiency.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical and mechanical supervision.
- Expertise in 480V systems, electrical schematics, and industrial troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and performance management.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and utilizing CMMS software for maintenance tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities in a high-demand manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley or Siemens PLC programming.
- Knowledge of IPC standards and PCB assembly processes.
- Background in heavy industrial machine shop or facility maintenance.
- Advanced certification in electrical systems or industrial technology.
