Position: Field Project Manager – Industrial Services

Location: Warren, OH

C&K Industrial Services is seeking a confident Field Project Manager to lead crews and take ownership of job site execution, safety compliance, documentation, and client communication.

This is a salaried leadership position with real authority and responsibility. You will be the accountable leader on-site.

• Lead and supervise field crews
• Actively enforce safety policies and correct unsafe behavior
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily project logistics
• Communicate directly with customers and management
• Maintain accurate daily logs and professional project reports
• Submit documentation on time and without repeated correction

Field leadership and administrative precision carry equal weight in this role.

• Prior supervisory experience in construction, environmental, or industrial services
• Ability to hold team members accountable and address performance issues directly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
• Ability to wear a respirator and work outdoors in varying conditions

This is a salaried, exempt position.
Project demands may require extended hours and schedule flexibility, including emergency response work.
