The Installation Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of customer installation projects from kickoff through completion. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with customer expectations. The position manages project schedules, monitors site activity and costs, coordinates resources, communicates project updates, and supports overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Job Duties- Coordinate and supervise installation projects, job sites, contractors, and field activities.
- Review contracts, purchase orders, schedules, and project scope to ensure successful execution.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules and status updates to customers and leadership.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, labor, materials, and timelines to identify and resolve delays or cost overruns.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Materials, Manufacturing, and Accounting teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Coordinate equipment rentals, issue purchase orders, and support contractor management.
- Conduct site visits, pre-installation meetings, inspections, and project closeout reviews as required.
- Maintain project documentation and provide weekly project and resource planning updates.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying future business opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, communication, and project execution.
- 5+ years of experience in site supervision
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid U.S. Passport or the ability to obtain one.
- Experience in induction heating and melting equipment an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and CRM systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
