Job SummaryThe Facility Manager (FM) is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and ensuring the execution of all work related to the EMCOR scope of responsibility at the site. All work is tracked, completed and recorded in the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The FM ensures client expectations, site KPIs and EMCOR goals are achieved, develops action plans and root‑cause analysis to correct issues, and works with maintenance personnel and subcontractors to ensure duties are completed safely and properly documented within the CMMS, OSHA and internal standards.
The FM facilitates safety and operational meetings, manages breakdowns and emergency calls, supports corporate projects, and serves as the primary interface between EMCOR and the client.
- Plan, schedule and coordinate all work through the CMMS, facilitate Daily Maintenance Planning (DMP) meetings, and ensure all SLAs and KPIs are met.
- Build relationships with clients, participate in client meetings and provide recommendations to improve facility productivity, quality of service and overall KPI results.
- Foster a positive work environment, conduct work‑order audits, provide training, mentorship and development, and manage performance reviews.
- Manage small projects on site and interact with the corporate project team for proposals, scope of work documents and project execution.
- Manage all metrics and KPIs, ensuring compliance and developing action plans when necessary. Deliver presentations to internal and customer audiences.
- Manage vendor safety and performance and participate in subcontractor performance reviews.
- Lead daily toolbox talks, weekly safety meetings, and enforce safety practices for teammates and vendors.
- Ensure execution and documentation of services is accurate and exceeds compliance audit requirements.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Business Experience
Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in facilities management and team leadership.
Licenses / Certifications
OSHA 10‑hour and/or 30‑hour card required. FMP, CFM, SFP, RCA certification a plus.
Computer Skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with Enterprise Software and CMMS required;
Corrigo a plus.
Language Skills
English.

- Evaluate PPE and tools/equipment to ensure they meet standards and replace as needed.
- Report safety issues, concerns and violations, and discipline associates who violate safety guidelines.
