Position Summary:

The EHS Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining environmental, health, safety, and security programs across all North American locations. This role ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, NOMs, and internal standards while driving a proactive safety culture. The EHS Manager monitors incident investigations, develops training programs, oversees site security operations, and partners with leaders across the network to identify hazards, reduce risk, and maintain a safe, healthy, and secure work environment.

Job Duties:

- Plan and implement environmental and safety policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including EPA, OSHA, and NOMs.

- Create, schedule, and deliver safety training programs for managers and employees, including new hire safety orientation.

- Review and investigate incident reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely documentation.

- Track and compile data for Corporate Safety metrics and reporting.

- Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards.

- Develop, maintain, and monitor emergency action plans.

- Lead Network Safety Committee meetings and activities to support development of EHS programs.

- Partner with facilities and leadership to identify and mitigate security risks.

- Maintain accurate records for all environmental programs, OSHA, and NOMs compliance

What you need to be successful:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

- 5+ years of experience in safety management within a manufacturing environment

- In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant safety regulations

- Experience with hazard analysis, risk assessment and safety audits

- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% domestically

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in induction heating and melting equipment or similar manufacturing or industrial operating environment

- Certified in safety management
