Overview
Do you have a strong work ethic and the desire to join an organization that invests in its people through cross‑training and development?
Clark Dietrich fosters a work‑life balance and offers competitive compensation and benefits. Join the Clark Dietrich team by applying to the Die Setter position at our Warren East location.
The position requires an individual who can set up stamping presses used to manufacture metal components. The candidate will set a die in a stamping press, align the die and secure it. Once installed, the candidate will ensure correct material flow and feed material through the progressive die to produce a part. Adjustments may be required to the press to obtain an acceptable part.
Parts are checked against part drawings and quality inspection plans. Die changeovers that require minor punch and button changes are considered in‑press changeovers. Any change requiring larger work is sent to the toolroom. This position reports to the Clip Express Supervisor.
