$10,000 sign-on bonus, paid quarterly.

Lead with heart and purpose as Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility, creating a supportive, resident-centered environment.

• Organize, develop, manage, and direct overall operations of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Work directly with the Administrator and Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care for each resident at all times.
• Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community’s administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience in a nursing community or related health care community, preferably in long-term care.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs, including electronic health record software.

• Full‑time opportunity.
• Sign‑on bonus: $10,000 paid quarterly.
