• Full-Time

• Part-Time

• PRN / Per Diem

• All Shifts – Flexible scheduling available

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as directed by RN or physician

• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report findings

• Support and supervise nursing assistants (STNAs/CNAs)

• Document care accurately using electronic health records (EHR)

• Additional duties as assigned by job description and management

• Active LPN license in the state of Ohio (Required)

• New graduates welcome – training and orientation provided!

• CPR certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)

• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Interest in veteran care is highly valued
