Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing department, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with the medical staff to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting staff engagement and job satisfaction
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve departmental goals
- Participate in leadership meetings and committees to drive organizational strategy and growth
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a nursing leadership role, with a strong background in skilled nursing care
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
