Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM)
Job Summary:
Washington Square Nursing & Rehab, an 83-bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Warren, OH, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a Full-Time basis. As a valued member of our care team, you will provide exceptional nursing care to our residents, including veterans of Trumbull County, in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and facility operations

Requirements:
Active Ohio RN license
SNF/Long-Term Care experience preferred (not required)
Strong clinical and communication skills
