Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM)

Job Summary:

Washington Square Nursing & Rehab, an 83-bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Warren, OH, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a Full-Time basis. As a valued member of our care team, you will provide exceptional nursing care to our residents, including veterans of Trumbull County, in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and facility operations

Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN license

• SNF/Long-Term Care experience preferred (not required)

• Strong clinical and communication skills
