Washington Square Nursing & Rehab, located in Warren, Ohio, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team! As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our valued veteran residents. About the Role:

We are currently hiring for 2 Full-Time and 1 Part-Time LPN positions on our NIGHT SHIFT (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM). As an LPN at Washington Square Nursing & Rehab, you will have the opportunity to work in a facility committed to consistency and quality care. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and developing individualized care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to our veteran residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and developing individualized care plans

• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and achieve the highest possible outcomes

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, medications, and treatments

• Participate in maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
