Community Skilled Health Care Centre is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing facility

• Monitor residents’ conditions, perform clinical assessments, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team

• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
• Prior long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Commitment to patient‑centered care and resident well‑being.
