Program Overview
The GROW Strong RN New Grad Residency Program at Mercy Health is designed to support recent nursing graduates in transitioning into practice. The program aligns with QSEN competencies and the ANCC Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) requirements. Rolling enrollment allows new hires to begin training within 30‑45 days. Specialty Clinical Practice Tracks provide hands‑on skill practice, while the condensed curriculum enables completion in 6‑8 months.
Eligibility- Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program who has successfully completed all requirements to obtain a nursing license
- RN student enrolled in the final semester of an accredited nursing program with a set graduation date
