Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Washington Square Nursing & Rehab, an 83-bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Warren, OH. As a Registered Nurse on our day shift (6:30 AM to 7:00 PM), you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care to our residents, including veterans and long-term care patients.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as needed
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Monitor and report patient conditions to the Charge Nurse and/or physician as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
