Job Summary:
Washington Square Nursing & Rehab, a reputable 83-bed skilled nursing facility in the heart of Warren, OH, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. We are committed to providing exceptional care to our veteran residents, and we are proud to be Trumbull County's only veteran provider.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team and physicians
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
About the Role:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25.75 - $28.75, with opportunities for overtime, shift differentials, and attendance bonuses
