Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to provide leadership and direction to our nursing team, ensuring excellent patient care and outcomes. As an Assistant Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and supervising and mentoring nursing staff. Your outstanding leadership and communication skills will be instrumental in promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, ensuring excellent patient care and outcomes

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans for patients

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment plans

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to promote professional development and growth

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Ohio

• 2+ years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or related healthcare setting

• Evening shift availability
