• Provide direct patient care to residents across various levels of care, including skilled nursing and rehabilitation services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team and physician
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by the physician
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medications, and treatment plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

• Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio
• Ability to work flexible weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
