Community Skilled Health Care Centre is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing facility
. As an RN in our long-term care community, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality resident care in an agency-free environment with strong leadership and a supportive, team-oriented culture.

• Supervise and mentor STNAs to ensure exceptional daily resident care.

• Administer medications, treatments, and follow physician-prescribed care plans

• Monitor residents’ conditions, perform clinical assessments, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
  .

• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.

• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.

• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.

• Commitment to patient-centered care and resident well-being.
