Community Skilled Health Care Centre is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director Of Nursing (Don) to join our leadership team!

We are looking for a strong nursing leader who is passionate about quality resident care, staff development, and creating a positive clinical environment.

• Lead and oversee the nursing department
• Ensure high-quality, compassionate resident care
• Supervise, support, and develop nursing staff
• Monitor clinical practices and ensure compliance with regulations
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Work closely with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and maintaining appropriate nursing coverage
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Help ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Current RN license in the state of Ohio
• Previous nursing leadership experience preferred
• Long-term care/skilled nursing experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to lead a team while maintaining a hands-on approach
• Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations
