As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Warren Nursing & Rehab, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care

• Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families

• Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio

• Current Valid CPR

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
