Quality Inspector
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Start Time: 8:30 AM (8-10 hour shifts)
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Mancan Staffing is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality standards, inspection processes, and precision measuring equipment.
Responsibilities
- Inspect finished products and components to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Identify defects, document inspection results, and communicate quality concerns to production personnel.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and complete required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company quality and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Experience using precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resume required.
