Team Member-Warren

Family Farm and Home is seeking dedicated Team Members to support day‑to‑day store operations, customer service, and merchandising.

• Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.
• Execute daily operational goals and priorities assigned by store management.
• Utilize Farm Hand to receive communication and tasks from corporate office and store management.
• Greet customers as they enter or exit the store and interact with them in a pleasant, positive manner.
• Solicit customers to sign up for Family Farm and Home Programs such as the Loyalty program, Extended Warranties, Add‑on Initiatives, Financing, and Item of the Month.
• Answer phone calls professionally and assist customers in store, on Family Farm and Home supported internet sites, and process special orders.
• Utilize POS to checkout customers and follow all cash handling procedures.
• Utilize On the Go to complete POGs and Mass layouts in the correct locations per the store layout.
• Utilize Harvester to complete online customer orders.
• Understand, support, and solicit customers to use financing options and use current financing websites to complete customer credit inquiries.
• Assist in setting promotional signage, price changes, clearance prices, and other in‑store signage as directed by store management or company officials.
• Assist in freight, recovery, and out‑of‑stock processes.
• Achieve passing scores on corporate store audits, assessments, and store walks.
• Maintain awareness of in‑store safety issues and shoplifting activities, communicating all potential issues to the store management team.
• Uphold and support all company Loss Prevention measures.
• Operate a forklift and/or pallet jack safely and efficiently (only 18 years old and above).
• Assist in building and assembling store displays, products, and fixtures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, receiving area, cash office, and register area, as well as restrooms and break room.
• Uphold merchandising, store cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Assist in completing the Daily Operational standards checklist.
• Contribute to a positive working environment for all team members.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by store management or company officials.

• Work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Be committed to excellent service and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all customers and other team members.
• Possess organizational skills, pay attention to detail, and be able to multitask.
• Have knowledge of basic computer systems.
• Stand for extended periods of time.
• Reach, bend, twist, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
