Baker and Packager Associate

Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment, following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise according to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.;
Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment; demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution.;
Leverage handheld technology to drive sales and assist in production decisions, training, and product quality with the member in mind.;
Ensure commitment to operational excellence, maintain work area according to company policies, ensure quality and date control standards for bakery items, secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise, eliminate waste, assist members with purchasing decisions, and ensure items are packaged, labeled, and stored properly.;
Act as a Talent Ambassador by delivering high-quality service and products, embodying energy and commitment, and modeling positive customer experiences..
