What You Will Be Doing
  • Greet customers and offer a free hearing screen
  • Learn all about ear anatomy
  • Attend virtual training for 6 weeks to prepare for the state hearing instrument dispensing exam
  • Gain hands‑on practical experience with a licensed Hearing Instrument Dispenser or Audiologist Dispenser
  • Make follow‑up calls to patients to ensure satisfaction with their assistance listening and hearing device
Qualifications
  • Motivated sales candidate seeking a long‑term career with the Lucid Family
  • Relocate within the state once your license is obtained
  • Motivated by helping people hear better
  • Previous sales or customer service experience required
  • Seeking a career, not just a job
  • Provide a story of why you want to enter the hearing aid business
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with problem‑solving skills; role affords great autonomy
  • Excellent follow‑up skills
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Assist 2–4 customers per day with hearing tests in the booth
  • Obtain a dispensing license within 6–12 months (state dependent)
