Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor entry and exit points, observe activity on the premises, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when needed;
Complete routine reports and document incidents, patrol activity, and notable observations in a clear and timely manner;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols
