Concierge Security Supervisor – Garda World Security Services

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

  Full time, Tuesday through Saturday, 1st Shift, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Shift 2:
  Full time, Sunday through Thursday, 2nd Shift, 8 p.m. to 12 a.m.
• Shift 3:
  Full time, Friday through Tuesday, 3rd Shift, 12 a.m. to 8 a.m.
• Shift 4:
  Full time, Friday through Saturday (Split Shift), 8 p.m. to 12 a.m.;
  Sunday through Monday and Thursday, 12 a.m. to 8 a.m.

• Competitive hourly wage: $19.00 per hour. Daily Pay available for Garda World employees.

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Documentation of high‑school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is an asset.
• State license if required.
