Security Officer Visitor Management

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location;
Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, issuing temporary access credentials, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate areas;
Observe entry and exit points, vehicle traffic, and restricted areas; report suspicious activity, access concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of facility access points, parking areas, perimeter locations, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns
