Join a dynamic team as an HVAC Technician II, supporting industrial and commercial HVAC systems at a leading facility in Warren, OH. You will perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on a variety of HVAC equipment, including chillers, boilers, ACUs, AHUs, heat pumps, VAVs, DDC controls, and ventilation systems. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance through troubleshooting, data analysis, and system evaluations.

This role requires precise documentation, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with team members in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Opportunities include hands‑on maintenance, system testing, and providing actionable recommendations to maintain high operational standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent with a valid HVAC technical certificate or state-approved HVAC license
• Minimum 2 years of experience working on industrial and commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and ventilation equipment
• EPA Universal Refrigeration License required.
