Position Summary:

The Commercial Roofing Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in roofing and construction. This role requires a hands-on approach to proficiently enhancing our customers roof. As a Commercial Roofing Technician, you'll install, repair, and maintain commercial roofs with various materials while ensuring OSHA compliance for safety.

The Blueprint for Success
- Key Responsibilities:

* Ability to learn roof system installations of commercial properties.

* Assist in setup and tear down of safety equipment as instructed.

* Abide by all job-site safety requirements, including PPE, fall protection and others.

* Assist in building roofs and other structural components as required.

* Collaborate with team members on roofing sites to ensure project timelines are met.

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.

* Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide effective solutions promptly.

* Additional duties as needed

Tools for the Job:

Required:

* Experience in roofing, construction or related fields.

* Attention to detail to quality and safety with a goal of installing correctly and working safely, and a willingness to make improvements.

* Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.

* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

* Willingness to work on various roofing sites under different conditions.
