Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in or around Warren, OH. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $27-$29/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Maintenance Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
* Perform general maintenance work throughout the facility
* Replace and install ceiling lights
* Switch cover plates, including converting duplex to single and installing GFCI outlets
* Perform hot and cold water system work including draining systems and replacing faucets
* Complete electrical work including converting fire systems from wired to wireless
* Patch holes and perform drywall repairs or replacements
* Replace doors as needed
* Support overall site maintenance and repair needs
Requirements:
* Must have experience performing general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks
* Must have basic PPE and hand tools
* Must be able to perform drywall patching and light repair work
* Must be reliable and able to start on scheduled date
* Must be safety-conscious and able to follow site procedures
* Must be able to work under direction of site contact as needed
