Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in or around Warren, OH
. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $27-$29/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Maintenance Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
- Perform general maintenance work throughout the facility
- Replace and install ceiling lights
- Switch cover plates, including converting duplex to single and installing GFCI outlets
- Perform hot and cold water system work including draining systems and replacing faucets
- Complete electrical work including converting fire systems from wired to wireless
- Patch holes and perform drywall repairs or replacements
- Replace doors as needed
- Support overall site maintenance and repair needs
Requirements:
- Must have experience performing general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks
- Must have basic PPE and hand tools
- Must be able to perform drywall patching and light repair work
- Must be reliable and able to start on scheduled date
- Must be safety-conscious and able to follow site procedures
- Must be able to work under direction of site contact as needed
