Abides by all safety guidelines including OSHA regulations, lock-out/tag-out, machine guarding, PPE, etc.;
Conducts shift rounds (regular checks of systems and equipment to identify issues, and document systems and equipment performance).;
Maintains, troubleshoots, and performs minor repairs on equipment.;
Servicing and maintaining Docks (Levelers, Seals, Bumpers, etc.), Commercial Doors (Automatic, Hollow Metal and Overhead) and Commercial Locks and Door Hardware.;
Documents work results in the CMMS, analyzes findings and recommends updates to PM list.
