CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) seeks an HVAC Mobile Engineer to support 8-10 retail stores in Warren, OH. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on large-scale commercial and industrial chiller systems, RTUs, and SWUDs.
A company vehicle, gas card, tools, iPad, and iPhone are provided. The role requires 3-5 years' HVAC experience with chiller systems, WSHP, RTUs, Intelli Paks, and BAS familiarity.
