Maintenance Technician
River Run Apartments, Warren
We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to help keep River Run Apartments in top-notch shape. Your role involves repairs, upgrades, and maintaining a welcoming environment inside and outside our property.
Essential Job Functions:- Complete repairs and maintenance tasks on time and as required.
- Help maintain the property's appearance and amenities.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents.
- Perform various maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, and painting.
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
Pay rate offered depends on experience. - Knowledge of general maintenance tasks.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to use during workday.
- Must have own hand tools.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. We test for marijuana.
- 20 days of PTO per year (pro-rated in first year)
