We are seeking motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Delivery Driver Associates to join our growing delivery team in Warren, Ohio. As a Delivery Associate, you’ll safely operate a company-provided cargo van while delivering packages to residential and business customers.

Job Responsibilities- Safely operate a company cargo van while following all traffic laws and safety procedures
- Deliver 200–300 packages daily to homes and businesses
- Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles
- Use a handheld device for routing, navigation, and customer delivery updates
- Maintain high standards for attendance, safety, and customer service
- Work independently while managing delivery routes efficiently
- Deliver in various weather conditions including rain, snow, and heat
- Frequently enter and exit the vehicle and walk driveways, stairs, and sidewalks throughout the day

Qualifications- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license required (CDL not required)
- Clean driving record preferred
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Ability to work up to 10-hour shifts
- Reliable transportation to and from the delivery station
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Weekend availability may be required
- Delivery driving experience is preferred but not required
- Paid training is provided for all new hires

- Day shift / morning start times
- Routes are typically 10 hours or less
- Operations run 7 days per week
- Full-time employees generally work 3–4 days per week
