Accounts Receivable Specialist

Are you looking for a career in Accounts Receivables management? We are growing and seeking a well-rounded professional for an Accounts Receivables Specialist (ARS) position. This role entails reducing outstanding accounts receivables from hospitals, surgery centers, and OEM partners. Job responsibilities include all aspects of accounts receivables management, including navigating medical manufacturing partners' systems (primarily SAP) and employing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Managing and reducing outstanding accounts receivables.
• Navigating and utilizing SAP and other ERP systems.
• Developing and implementing effective strategies for accounts receivable collections.
• Communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing issues.
• Analyzing accounts receivable data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and interactions.

• Proficiency in using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills. (Must have strong phone presence with an upbeat outgoing personality)
