Our client, a manufacturing company located in Warren, RI, is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support its Customer Solutions team during a busy seasonal period. This full-time, onsite position offers $24/hour, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours per week). The role focuses on order entry, customer support, and assisting with order-related inquiries while ensuring accuracy and excellent service.

• Accurately enter customer orders received through email and internal systems
• Assist customers and internal teams with order lookups, invoice inquiries, delivery questions, and vendor-related issues
• Provide prompt and professional customer service support
• Escalate issues and seek clarification when needed to ensure accurate resolution
• Support the Customer Solutions team with administrative and problem-solving tasks

• 1-2 years of customer service and data entry experience
• Strong computer skills, with ERP system experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues effectively
