The Sales Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing sales-related projects that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth. This role collaborates with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and leadership teams to manage project schedules, allocate resources, monitor performance, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate has strong project management, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Plan, execute, and monitor sales projects from initiation through completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support sales process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Analyze project performance and prepare reports for sales meetings.
• Coordinate product launches, sales initiatives, and customer implementation projects.
• Ensure projects align with company goals, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Facilitate meetings, communicate project updates, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Manage customer portals and RFP’s
• Tradeshow Planning, Support and Execution
• Assist in providing broker support

• 3–5+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting sales or commercial operations.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
