Magnetic Seal is currently seeking a motivated Entry‑Level Manufacturing Operator to join our team in Warren, RI. In this hands‑on role, you will support the production of precision components by performing routine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment (manual and semi‑automated), conducting preventative maintenance, following detailed work instructions and quality standards, and contributing to a safe, efficient production environment.

- Produces product on various CNC or manual machines to meet or exceed production standards
- Takes direction to learn basic machine operation, setup, and maintenance
- Runs multiple machines as required by process or as directed
- Makes machine tool offsets or adjustments as needed to maintain print specifications
- Loads and unloads machines as per the cycle time goals
- Studies part drawings, set up sheets, work order instructions, and other necessary process instructions to determine product specifications, tool requirements, and operational sequences
- Performs basic measurement tasks to verify product is within the required specifications
- Maintains visual quality of the product by inspecting for defects such as dents, burrs, scratches, etc.
- Operates moderately complex, mechanically operated machinery safely and efficiently
- Follows all safety rules and stops work if an unsafe condition is identified
- Reports safety concerns immediately with management
- Takes initiative and makes decisions based on known policies and procedures with minimal supervision
- Participates in continuous improvement initiatives
- Identifies any production problems and notifies cell lead or supervisor
- Maintains proper documentation of data and collaborates with management staff and supervisor
- Maintains cleanliness in designated work area throughout shift
- Cross‑trains in various operations and in various cells as needed
- Identifies and leads fixture and tooling projects needed for new or existing product
- Performs other tasks as needed by management
- Responsible for storing and handling all Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) appropriately to prevent unauthorized access, dissemination, or use
- Supports all visitor and security policies to protect ITAR/EAR/CMMC/CUI information, documents, product, etc. from unauthorized access
- Handles hazardous waste generated in employee’s work area appropriately
- Performs other duties as assigned

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior schooling in Machine Technology, Manufacturing or Machining is preferred.
